In Europe we are making €6 an hour, and they want to make even more cuts. Fk that For a game of soldiers. F**g Rumanians working For €35 a day are Killing us.....we cant compete. I Know a couple of guys mudlogging and they are on €32 per day before tax......its crazy.

When things were good hands making bank with their big jacked up truck or the best is the diesel smoke stack pickups. How gay is that. Everyone walking around like I'm king sh-- buying all the toys with their skinny jeans and flannel shirts. Again how gay is that. Mean while the guys who build and maintain the tools are getting screwed everyday buy uncle Bern. So F-OFF and move on. Plenty of people out their to take your job. Oh I'm a driller look at me. Then you have the ones on contract making 40,000.00 a year plus the day rate P-card company truck and so on crying how am I going to make it. Hey smack off, the guy that builds them motors that you drill with is lucky to make 40 a year and that's with overtime. I would love to go on but I have to fill out my UC form cause WFT stuck it to us again cause you big bad drillers drilled into another well and lets just say our rep isn't very good plus the salesmen suck.
Nobody will leave, they enjoy asskissing, while they get treated like crap. Never home, long days, long hours, no time off, working just as hard with little to nothing pay. Loosing sight of the family they have forgotten, only to bust there butt off for a company that doesn't give a sh-- about you, your better than that, so get going and look elsewhere!!!
Most of those hands are only making 15-20 dollars/hr, being away from home. I can see good workers leave.
It is so crazy. Managers are keeping people that can do powerpoints and run data vs. people that save money.
Wow and how can they not pay mileage?
