Seriously? I can't believe this is all over the place. 2nd LM in this case is a lame duck. FLM and 3rd LM are both from an outside company and believe everyone at Intel is lazy and dumb. Sad state of affairs.
My FLM sabotaged me to her boss because she is insecure and couldn't handle having someone receive internal and external recognition under her. Her payback to me was Successful / SL4, which resulted in my ISP.
Ironically, a few days after receiving a very visible external industry award, my manager and HR walked me out in front of my shocked colleagues.
Those kinds of game-players (and those who allow it) are what's left at Intel.
Hell yes. They are all in on the charade and you are the butt of their twisted games.
