Hard to account for what's been paid or not because we don't see our paychecks anymore..
But I see my last May 31st paycheck today, and a good amount of pay that must be 1.5x month's pay. Does anybody know if this is correct? Did Intel just pay us 1.5x pay? or is this the first 6 weeks required from the WARN ACT?
I am trying to understand how much I am still owed. Thanks

I think I may know what the third deposit was. It looks to be about the amount of the balance left on my FSA card less taxes. Since the FSA card is being suspended at the end of employment, they may be sending the remaining amount back to us less the taxes since this was all pre-tax money in the first place.
My pay check in CA is visible at the bank but will not deposit till May 31st. What payments are you seeing ?

Maybe the third is vacation / sabbatical pay?
Intel's only paying those in states that require it.
By the way, in my state, the employer is required to pay vacation days unless the employee received written notice of a policy against paying vacation on separation. I don't recall such notice or training (my on-boarding was about as half-as#s as it came), but did others?

I'm ISP-ERP and I'm struggling to figure it out too. I got three deposits to my regular checking account, but nothing has shown up in my savings direct deposit (yet anyway)
One looks like it might be six weeks pay, one might be one year of APB, and another is smaller but makes no sense at all. I'm in AZ so I won't be getting any sabbatical or vacation.
I guess I'll have to wait for the paystubs to get here in the mail.
And most of them i know got new jobs as well incl. me, so this a bonus for us, but wishing you great luck ahead as well buddy.

Got three separate deposits; last paycheck, sabbatical and another big one. I need to see the deductions to figure out as it seems more than I expected. Perhaps they stripped things like healthcare insurance, 401k and stock.
