Good for you for getting a lawyer at least you got what was coming to you. If more people would get lawyers or start a class action lawsuit against Baker maybe they can be chopped down to size. Instead of the corporate bastards getting fat and rich off of the backs of the working people!
I read the information, that is how I found out about the account. When asked about it, nobody knew what I was talking about. only when I showed a lawyer and told him they were denying it to me, did I get any action.
What the hell does Towers Watson have to do with the RMA accounts? Is this a way for the crooked corporate bastards to screw the employees? There isn't anything in the benefit package or statement about the account. Start the contributions back to the individual accounts. Are you a corporate crook that has been blinded by the crap that spews out of Crackerheads sewer?
If you worked long enough at BHI to get your RMA you would have that information in your yearly benefits package. I was told many are not signing up thru Towers Watson therefore forfeiting amount in the RMA. No attorney needed just read your information.
Laid me off in 2015 and I got my RMA. They would not tell me about it. I had to hire a lawyer to press HR for it. Nobody knew a thing. Yeah right!!
Obammycare isn't anything but a jackass standing in a flat bottom john boat.
I think they discontinued contributions because Obamacare would have made them pay a luxury tax -Cadillac plan.
They are to much of a scumbag to do that or anything to help the working guy. All for the fatheads in the corporate offices.
