Honestly Intel has turned out to be a business from hell. Corporate BS. I worked alongside BK many years ago when all he was , was a geeky prevented Engineer. Leaders take ownership for their mistakes. The downfall of a Intel, is not due to the employees ( H1B Visas, Race, Gender ) it's due to Top Management, Directors ... WTF, selling your stocks and receiving 2million dollars. Greedy Bastard. All of them. None of them are more educated or even the slightest bit talented. The characters on top really have screwed a company whose employees were loyal. Well loyalty walked out the door. So deal with any wrath of your mistakes. I'm sure you are all paranoid. How you treat others is a huge reflection on you and will come around to bite your BIG ego and tiny minds

You're right. Down fall of Intel is 100% due to its directors/vps/top heavy management. All the good ones who are not kiss asstypes and who really contributed to Intel were over stepped by kiss asstypes. Now Intel will lick its own ass BK will lick board's assand vice versa
the form signed is what is seen at the end of a litigation.
You sign all rights away to sue Intel, obsolve the company of all responsibility like ADA claims.
Look at the Internet on dangerous vsp verbage and you will see Intel's form is on the money.
