I've been here for about a year, the company has some really rigid and fairly old internal processes - you will be surprised or if you work here you hate it.... Super high turnover, attrition is thru the roof at Oracle. Many jobs and groups are redundant and there are turf wars and control politics all over the place. Oracle hires a lot but fires and lays off a lot as well.
You'll get an excellent hiring hiring pitch, on the outside all will look just fine, even attractive but once you come in things will be come ugly very quickly and you will see how cut throat and ruthless the culture is.
