Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Anonymous reporting at Intel

Is there a way to report a manager for creating a toxic work environment without them knowing that you reported them? Our org has a voluntary attrition rate that's three times the norm.

… and why EthicsPoint is not an option? As far as I remember they advertised it big through usual Circuit baloney they were posting at the end of the last year… https://secure.ethicspoint.com/domain/en/default_reporter.asp

It kind of independent company blah blah leader in ethics compliance investigations blah blah… give it a shot. It's replacement for CoC reporting through the circuit.

Don't trust or depend on HR for anything... they are cunning and conniving... who backstab the employees by siding with managers on the sly after pretending to be on your side. Ignore or leave Intel is the only solution

Does your manager use a personal coffee cup? May I suggest you start washing it in the toilet?

Actually, good point -gsw. In fact, you don't even need to declare yourself as gay or lesbian. Just declare yourself as transgender, and use the other bathroom. Then when HR calls you, make a stink about it.

I will suggest you declare yourself gay or lesbian(does not matter if you are or not) and make sure is documented(email to your group,..etc). Then just document everything like the previous blogger suggested and I am sure you will be able to stir things up to get your manager in a good discrimination or harassment case.

I know it may sound extreme but at this point of the game, we have to fight fire with fire! Just use HR polices in your favor..

Stop being a lemmings. The HR dept isn't there to help you. It's there to help intel. They won't do anything unless the manager is going to cost Intel liability... And that only means if the manager is doing something that could get Intel into trouble with

1) race discrimination

2) sexual harassment

3) physical assault

Anything else, intel HR won't care about.
