Lots of mandatory changes coming to prepared foods to help reduce labor cost of team. at this rate gainsharing will just go away

I've had to receive the new prepack salads, look at the date, and write them off. What a time saver! Skip the shelf, its truck to trash merchandising!
I don't understand how every competitor can pump out beautiful and abundant fresh packs, yet ours is always a "work in progress" and "needs a refresh". Just make good stuff with a simple formula and functioning recipes that aren't disgusting with products that UNFI can keep in stock half the time and MAYBE we can keep a shelf full. Perhaps we should increase our entry wage to actually compete with these competitors whose cases are beautiful most of the time. Crazy ideas.
Every store has to have the exact same setup in their fresh pack curated by regional leadership to "help" with labor.
Can you be specific about these changes?
