Assembly won't get another vote on shifts as management don't want it and Betty don't want it. Even if they did needs to be 100% agreed by all and that won't happen while D.F still works here. Dictatorship or what?
Half o yous clowns with 10+ years think yous run the f---in place through intimidation and bullying. Your own little circles of pals who yous gossip to like lassies in a playground but are just as quick to stab in the back. Bunch of f---in balloons most of yer. My 5 year old quinne is more mature than most if yous.
'shut the f--- up' - a typical response from someone going nowhere, who knows it, and who is only out to feather his own nest and to hell with everybody else.
He can't get laid there to many donkey there so take ur pick he remind me of something that was left on the bed sheets manger my assthe mans a f---ing clown
Dave F---in Farquharson for a start. So if the people in assembly have all changed and he is the only one left who voted against changing to the workshop shifts, why are you still catering for him? Bout time assembly got another chance to vote on their shift pattern . F--- him.
"Assembly let us down in union vote". WOW, when was that? 10+ years ago? How many people do you think still work through in assembly that voted back then? You sound bitter. Might want to pick up yer toys, shove yer dummy back in and shut the f**k up. Leave if you don't like how the plant is run or better ur self so you get a management job so you can change how it's run. Don't think you'll do either of them and just keep moaning about sh-- for the sake of it. Go and get laid, it might help you chill out abit.
A sickie every second Sunday of the nightshift ? Do that at the moment.
Jus take a sickie Every now and then
The big f got the years award today as the best asspuncher in all the bakers round the world
A moron or just nae balls ? Disnae matter onyhow . Paragraph 14 o' my Contract states I agree they can change my terms and condition at ony time. They jist need to gie written notice. Check your own contracts. Basically I hsve agreed they can f--- me any time.
Id rather be a moronwith a jobthan a smartass without one
How can one cunt's vote outweigh everyone elses? F---in joke. And he f---in laughs because he is always on nights at the end of each quarter when pressure is on to get jobs oot the door and he can get heaps of overtime. The man's an arse.
Do not speak for me moron,,,,,,,,assembly let us down in union vote and because of that the bullies in management can do what they like
I had a one on one with F. Told him we dont mind if thats whatit take to keep us going.
Is it principal or principle?
Just more sh-- nothing better to do have you
I cant afford principal
D.f is just a c.sucker that no bastards likes stuff u second Sunday just to keep assembly happy f--- them plebs
It's the principal. In the absence of a trade union or employee representatives the individual employee should be involved in discussions regarding changes to his contract. We shouldn't be bullied or threatened into accepting changes to our contracts.
I wouldnt mind signing a new contract as long as it has more hours
On a more positive note, kudos everyone for maintaining good housekeeping in the work areas.
Remember its not how long you work, not how hard you work but how clean your work is!
My contract is a legal agreement. You can't have 'DECIDED' to change it. It ain't your decision alone. Suggest you read up on Employment law. Here's a good link to start you off
https://worksmart.org.uk/work-rights/pay-and-contracts/contract-changes/can-my-employer-change-my-contract-employment
Production stops every Friday night for 24 hours numpty. By your logic why arent we also working Saturday nights? Hell, why don't we go 24/7 if you are that concerned? Are you the future of management at BoD? Pity help us. You must be pals with Dave F. What about my contract of employment? Does that count for f--- all?
I dont need any days off really. Kids have left the nest, wife watches telly all night. Rather be at work.
Why should we have to work a second Sunday? Just to fit in with Assembly who work a month of Lates, month of days, month of nights with the night weeks starting on the Sunday. Screw Dave F. Get Assembly to work the same shifts as everyone else. Sorted.
If it means keeping food on the table I dont mind a second Sunday.
Anyone who thinks they are being bullied should go talk to Betty.
Hire Drillbit Taylor
HR dept?
The place is full of bullies in all departments and who can you go to for help??????
Load of piss they can stick there second Sunday up there arse dirty rotten sh--e
Long as I get paid I dinnae care.
Current workshop hours work out at 237.75hrs over 6 week cycle, or average 39 5/8th hours per week. Working the additional Sunday night would mean 246hrs over the 6 week cycle, or average 41 hours per week.
Biggest bunch of Doric numpties going. Lazy, semi skilled inward looking dicks. Aberdeen, Europe's oil capital, please......
So they are going to add 8 + 1/4 hours into the shift pattern? Or are they moving the hours from elsewhere? And who we talking about? Workshop?
As usual, all I see from you gang of blue-skinned, red-haired oat-munching savages is "whine..whine...whine." Be grateful you still have a job. I wish you'd have voted "out" in the referendum.
No way I can sleep 12 hours straight
Thats what I heard also
I heard they going to 12 hour shifts and getting rid of one or two foremen.
