This is the worst company I've ever worked for and I'm totally happy they finally laid me off from central us land so I could be rid of these people. They will work you to death then f--- you when you bend over to get the soap. I will never work for these Nazi whores again. it's not that they laid me off, because I'm fine financially, I just hated to quit because of benefits and such. They tried to starve me out but I outlasted them. You suck, Baker. I will never let you get away with sh-- when I'm a consultant, which will happen. Comparing Baker to Nazis is an insult to the National Workers Party. The Nazi would have ran Baker more efficiently than crackhead. I think the Soviet Union was ran better even on the day it collapsed.
I think maybe only Obama could have ran Baker worse. Who knows? Who cares, I was let go already, there is life beyond all this. When you are let go you can have a beer at lunch.
What about Crackerhead and his reorganization. This has got to be the biggest joke I have ever seen, continuous e-mail strings with reject people moving into new title jobs with a large pay raise. 95% of these people have been moved around to hide them for years. They couldn't perform in their job before so why does Crackerhead think they can now.
This is old news. Faker Huge has been screwing people over for a long time. Nothing new here.
By the way, working in the field for Baker does not require spelling, grammar, or even proper English. The requirements are usually just a high tolerance for BS and blueb@lls.
Baker Hughes is a wannabe. BHI is not needed today. Too many players and not enough demand. BHI would best be split up into niche companies divested in each other. The current organization is dysfunctional, unprofitable, and a dinosaur set for extinction.
You got to admit, Baker really is a messed up company. Mr Crackhead just keeps pretending to reorganise the company to create the impression that we are progressing. The reality is we have gone nowhere in ghe last 8 years and are going noehere now.
