Originally a Sun employee then to Oracle. Now with 12 years in, I must say it has been a wonderful ride. I have not received any raise but did receive a $1,200 bonus a few years ago. All in all it has been a good 12 years to be with a well managed company with growing success year over year. I'm glad to be here and don't understand what all the whinning is about.

When you do get a promotion, no pay increase

Oracle don't do pay rises only promotion and more work load.
