No dividends today for the RSU stocks we received in April. I did receive them for stocks owned prior to that. Is Intel claiming that we were not the "owners of record" when those shares went ex-dividend?

OP here - I still have then. I transferred them to my outside brokerage account on May10
I did, but you had to hold them until May 7 to get the dividend
