Re-hiring for 2nd round ISP (PEG ACT round 2 efficiency cut)

Does anyone know if re-hiring is available for 2nd round ISP (ACT efficiency cut)?

I'm eligible for both VSP and offer expires June 2nd, after that it'll go into ISP with last day being June 30th.

I do want to keep re-hiring door open. Would the 2nd round be classified as performance based? Would it affect re-hiring?

Please provide accurate info if you have any.

from q&a in ACT portal

Are employees who separate from Intel due to the ACT restructuring eligible for rehire at Intel?

Generally, an employee who separates from Intel as part of a performance-based involuntary separation program will not be eligible for rehire with Intel or an Intel subsidiary. An employee who separates from Intel under a non-performance-based involuntary or voluntary separation program, or who separates under a performance-based voluntary program may be required to repay their separation pay if they return to Intel within 12 months of their separation date. Rehire eligibility and repayment obligations may vary by region

My understanding from RT is that those let go for project cancellation will be eligible for rehire. However there is no guarantee that there won't be future ISP for performance. My interpretation is that these will happen annually, but no guarantees

OP, how do you know your VSP will turn into an ISP?

You can ask directly "ACT" in circuit.

As per BK (&M) statement on ACT page, performance based ISP was between April 25 to 29. They should not contradict their own bkm. But who knows if things change with time :(
