Internal hiring is frozen. It takes an act of God to find a position inside once you are RA'd. Those RA'd are in an accounting column used to report reduced spending.
All new hires are in a different accounting column. Anyone trying to change divisions will be met with excuses about not being able to accept certain divisions or bands. So many lies. It's not personal. You're just a number on an excel sheet.
Only priority is exec compensation and smoke/mirrors to Wall Street. Sorry to all who got let go.
