OP what's the point of clogging this site with links? I mean, it's all about RA here - right? Links without content just bury relevant topics down.

Suggestion: If you see a link only, STOP! Save yourself some time by not reading and remain as you are.
Others may have a greater curiosity than you and want to learn new things about the thoughts of the C suite officers.
I've been hiring for about 25 years and I can tell you that folks over 50 are the most loyal and hard working folks of them all. Period. They've been there, they've done that - they are focused and loyal...
What kind of term is 'aging workforce" - do you suddenly become stupid once you turn 40? or 50? or whatever that age is?
Seriously? Why are almost all executives over 50? Is that aging? OK, let's bring a 22 year old kid to run the ship, btw, let's pay the kid about $30K instead of $30M
And she's been refreshing her enormous, aging workforce in major ways, too. Sounds like age discrimination to me

"The doing" is something that's she incapable of. She's growing nothing, she's letting people go, buying shares back to prop the prices up.... Anyone can do that.
