Chemineer will be sold as it's own entity (apparently to GE). Moyno people in Dayton will be let go. I know people will doubt this, but it's a fact. And it will happen in the next few months. Good Luck to everyone involved.

Before NOV owned Chemineer, both Lightnin and Koch were interested in purchasing Chemineer but changed their minds.
Why do you think it is GE; and why do you think only Chemineer will be sold?
