Ok where is everyone getting their source from about laying off 20k employees?

From those already laid off and wish more to come. It is bad and boring.
ARM does not act in jest. Or, maybe, it does? ;-)
It's not true. It was posted in jest. There will be more layoffs but probably not until 2017. We're fine for a while.
