F--- that. They hire and keep around all these minorities and women to fill quotas for a affirmative action. Every newsletter includes that the goal is to put more women in management roles. My HR manager told me he was instructed to hire women over men even if they have the same qualifications. It Shouldn't matter what color or sex you are but all the applications ask you.
If you are unemployed and a protected class the anti trump rally leaders are hiring and best yet you can beat white women and men even kids in front of cops and they won't do anything to you.
