Rumor that GE will buy Chemineer (owned by NOV). Anyone know anything about this?

If the purchase is for only Chemineer (industrial mixers), why isn't GE buying any of the rest of NOV?

Just a rumor GE is not strategically ready to aquire with the current market is my guess. More than one business is hurting.
