Sara Blackwell (http://Theblackwellfirm.com ) is in the forefront of fighting against (1) H1B Visa abuse and (2) Companies shipping jobs overseas.

Part of what she is doing involves the EEOC ( https://www.eeoc.gov ).

Call her and she will provide you with information. She spent a good 20 minutes with me going over what she is doing and my options with IBM. Her dealings are not specific to IBM, but to the plight of of ALL Americans whose jobs are being taken away.

There is no guarantee of anything coming out of this, but she is drawing attention to our plight.

Check her out on youtube. Here she is on FOX Business - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=reX04kc9bvI

Good luck to us all.

This is obviously a very emotinal issue with the broad brush of a tribal element. At Boeing we lost 20k in 1995 jobs to computers. At one time there were thousand of ENGINEERS AND DRAFTSMAN PRODUCING DRAWINGS.

ONE NEEDS TO BE BRINGING these actions against computers. Eventually the will go awa. The issue is not himans its other computers

Good start. This is the right approach to find a solution to the problem rather than bashing H1Bs employees. This could take longer and is difficult, but resolves the problem at the root.
