OP here - today was very easy.. Passed off meetings and left at 1230.. Have a few meetings tonight to bid a fond farewell.. I feel great with zero remorse or second thoughts.

I am sorry to hear that. Murty, see what you are accomplishing.
In past ISP rounds in previous years I've had to take over projects by those that left and its not fun. I have to try to play catch up on their projects while seeing my own projects slip on schedule. I'm hearing reports of groups exceeding the intended targets. Probably due to the VSP threats and nice ERP package being offered. As groups are also being told no backfill will be available managers are already planning on some things getting delayed by more than a year.
