MH knows how to play the cost cutting and layoffs game - he perfected this at HP and you can see where all the cost cutting took they today. HP and HPE will not continue to exist, just check their boards here on layoffs.com - the father will regret this decision, it all may help him in short term (it worked short term for HP) but it'll cost him many Billions in the long run.

Just got moved to a "License Only" sales team within Oracle which is pretty much a glorified BDC. No more commissions. We now have a pooled compensation plan based on KPIs. I don't get it. I was over 100% quota in my ASR role. Lots of the kids out of college were moved to SMB roles which is an actual sales position.

The fat catz at Oracle keep getting fatter while rank and file employees have not seen a raise in years and many are getting laid off
MH, LE, SC, and TK will give themselves a big fat raise. All of them have failed. If Oracle wants to save money, they can save $500 million by getting rid of those 4 ineffective managers.
All while MH and safra get 50m a year. Two of the top three paid execs...awesome
MH did exactly the same thing at Oracle that he did at HP. Cut out car allowance and benefits, then cut out basic home office expenses like Internet, phone and now a new wave of layoffs. Greed at it's very best. I am sure this will buy him the most expensive grave
No, we are the blood that keeps Oracle running. Unlike the C-Suite execs that are snake oil and need to change.
