Should be thankful you still have a job! Many others had pay cuts last year, on unpaid leave for six months or even worse the many who have lost their jobs and careers!

At least 15% more reduction in pay. If you can find another job bail while you can!
The cuts will pay for the disintegration teams pay rises. Balances the books.
