I guess all affected by ACT are getting replaced very quickly in FM. Basically with either ugly H1b's fresh from the boat or pretty girls. So far FM has processed over 221 new employees within 4 weeks.
I will assume the ugly H1b's are to fill out the engineering work and work them like cattle were the pretty girls will go to marketing and business units to work with customers. just guessing ;)

I have also notice for the past few Monday's the FM7 cafe is full of these ladies with blue intel bags(new hires) having lunch all together in long tables and also lot and lots of Indian young people with same bags. This is accurate.
