55+ is going to be presented on a one to one basis . The June 18th meeting will be an update on how much progress has been made on restructuring .

As of now there are no retirement packages. I suspect that a town hall will be after the $500M cost cutting is done as a State of the Union of sorts. Word is that they've already cut $300M. $200M to go.

Rumor has it they will discuss the possibility of deeper cuts and layoffs. And the possible sell off of certain business. They haven't made up their mind for sure on the 55+ retirement packages.
