Benbrook is being sent to Houston, with the goal of having more facilities closer together so that workers can float between facilities rather than having down time. It also allows the company to sell off some real estate thus freeing up some cash to pay other bills. It's not about incompetent people in charge of your facility. It's about consolidation during a down turn.
