Intel does not track keystrokes, they do track the websites you access, they do track emails, and no, they don't track lync messages (though they do track who where you IMing with). Under special requests (individually) made in advance, they can track Lync IM conversation content.
thelayoffs.com is not a non-work related site, in fact, nowadays is the most significant work-related website any Intel employee could have.

At this point, especially when current on-goings ...Intel is most likely recording your key strokes on your laptop. Does not matter how you are accessing a website 😉 or what proxy you are using.

The layoff.com has been blocked from access from inside Intel for some time. This is not new. You should not be accessing nonwork sites from inside in any event; they track all that and can use it against you.
