Pampa has went downhill ever since the early retirement package was offered. Our best supervisors took the package and now look where we are at. Maybe when things turn around they will come back.
NOV facility on Aldine Bender Road is a racist place.
Pampa is a big bloody hemroid, hanging out of the anus. More people in the office doing nothing, than workers in the plant. Walk thru the office you see people doing absolutely nothing, but none get cut. How can this happen? Inept management!

You've got that right! You should work in Pampa Tx., you should see the working conditions here. You can't believe the stupidity of the Supervisors to the upper management. It is the anus of NOV plants.
