Want a good idea of what kind of actions caused things like the QAR? Customer called into Verizon and after tracing the job and location, got a hold of the local manager in charge of two Manhattan techs. The customer had taken video (from her second story window) of two VZ techs pouring water from a yellow water cooler INTO a block splce. After a quick review, it was determined that those techs called the local manager and claimed they found a wet splice and requested OT hours to start drying and repair. Only a few hours after the time stamp on the video. (on top of it the time stamp was for roughly 12:30pm and they waited till 2:30pm to call the manager)
This is a perfect example of how the behavior of a few can lead to the suffering of the many. Cut the crap. There is more than enough work to justify making money but if you few fools continue to act like idiots your going to undermine everything we did for the past 7 weeks.
