Stop complaining , get a life , get a job if you don't like wholefood . Go to another company which average raise is 2%, God sake it retail stop complaining this company much better then most . Don't like it move on ! Sick of everyone complaining !

Hey..@HOCodu2 or F---U Where are your comments now with the FDA chiming in!? Love the Innovation ya got going up there in MA! such as failure to sanitize food prep surfaces, dirty dishes near food, sinks without hot water for hand-washing and a worker who sprayed an ammonium-based sanitizer on "an open colander of salad leafy greens." Who do you blame there if not Regional management- Derba?
The earnings report was NOT healthy. There is nothing healthy about average store sales declining year-on-year. Oh but the decline was "less than expected." What a joke. The proper place for these shares is the fire place. Hey execs: Dollar General is hiring...perhaps after this place is shut down due to declining sales and/or accounting issues you can work your way up to assistant cashier.

WFM is not "better than most" --it's a sinking ship. If you don't like the truth, why are you even on this site? Team members and managers of all levels come here to voice their experiences and expose what's really going on at WFM, as well as to give each other support and encouragement. If you don't agree and you think the company is in such brilliant shape, why are you even on this site? Go away and stick your head back up your you know what.
Aww look at you team members complaining , no wonder why our sales continue to rise and stocks . So sorry you wish the company will fail , but unfortunate for you our liabilities are low and financials are good. Keep working and do your job , keeps my salary going thank you team members

I'm tired of reading the complaints from all you lazy, incompetent regional managers and clueless global bureaucrats. Really getting sick of your whining about the incisive and accurate commentary we TMs and former TMs provide here every day. What I do like is knowing that we've struck a nerve, we're going to continue urging our friends, neighbors, and even complete strangers to shop elsewhere and all you can do is complain about it. BWAAAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Ultimately, if you don't like reading this stuff, then go read something else online. Perhaps you can spend your time writing more phony positive reviews on Glassdoor.

This is why the team members are complaining. We hear this every day at work. "f--- you team members." it's the chorus of the shifty i swear. Maybe they don't use profanity. But this is the attitude all team members at my store feel from "leadership." The problem is bad leadership has made bad decisions. put bad people in places. those bad people hire worse people. these people make all the mistakes the people who have been let go of had already learned. its an endless cycle. And then leadership diverts blame off themselves onto team members. Its embarrassing.

Many are leaving, and some have been forced to leave via layoffs. If you are tired of hearing people "complain", or as I would put it, get the truth out, you shouldn't really shouldn't visit this website. Keep your head in the sand. As far as WFM being "better than most...", that's a victim mentality similar to an abused woman who rationalizes that perhaps her abusive partner isn't really so bad, after all, he's "better than most.....".
