I don't understand... reading this article, according to BM, these wellness programs are really about keeping employees who hold valuable knowledge around longer -- then why don't they just stop cutting them and stop replacing them with contractors??? Problem solved.
Corporations need to stop intruding into our lives. Next it will be free prostate exams in the cafeteria.
Oh boy, what could go wrong? Thanks for that link. Drink the kool-aid folks. This is agenda as anyone with a brain should know is eventually going to take a bite out of your assand your wallet.
"exploring innovative programs" - news flash they're exploring, they haven't really implemented the meat of their explorations yet. Stay tuned, they're lawyering up to dot their T's cross their Eyes, trying to figure out how much they can get away with.
That article is a mouthful, and for BM, that's saying something.
