Can anyone spot the possible conflict of interest in how the USAF made the internal decision to sole source a substantial contract to L-3? One could wonder if there could be the chance that there is a connection between a two-star general and her husbands employer ending up with a sole source contract worth billions.

Can you show that General S. worked on the same program or even in the same field as the contract in question? I suppose you are talking about the big job just awarded? When did he retire? Where does he work for L-3? Is there any actual connection here?
Besides somebody who retires as a two-star is not exactly at the pinnacle of power.
