I doubt the 12k has been met. I heard the next round will be similar to redeployment. If you are chosen, you'll have 30 days to find another position or you are out. Don't know if there is a package if you are out.

The Strategy is sound IoT, memory and wearables are the high margin high growth of the future.
The layoffs were successful, we got of the unwanted/underperfomer, the overpaid dead wood.
We continue to restructure pulling the best and brightest into new and growing initiatives.
Moore's Law is alive and well, we can never see the next node, but exponential doubling can continue forever.

If you were offered VSP and did not take it and now you are being considered safe because the 12K numbers are met, what does that say about those that did take the VSP? This was a performance review if you got VSP offered. It means you are on your way out. Thoughts?

I took ERP. That involves Intel giving me a dump truck full of cash. Plus I don't have the stress of working at Intel. Plus I don't have diversity bullshit force-fed to me every day.
