Early payment for ESP folks

Has anyone else gotten paid yesterday?

Was this the last paycheck including June 1 - 13 and unused vacation?

Did they take out 401k?

I can't tell since I haven't been able to get my pay stubs.

I wonder if dickwad is just fishing for personal info to hack into and is a scammer.

Remember, this is a public site.

Hey Tonka, it's been advised many times on various threads on this site... the pay statements are NOT available through the external website at hr2.chevron.com. You should have either printed or saved the PDF copies of your pay statements before leaving the company. The payroll data is only available on the internal Benefit Connections site. You are likely too late, unless you get a helpful person at the HR Service Center at 1-888-TALK2HR to get your last 12 months printed at mailed to you. You can always use your copies of the W2 tax forms to prove your previous year's income, but for other things that require current year proof of pay, the pay statements is what you need. Good luck getting the HRSC to send you copies of your pay statements.

My last day was earlier at May 23 due to my residence in a non-WARN state where a 6-week ESP applied. Pay was electronically deposited on that day. Even though I didn’t request a pay stub, I received a paper pay stub by regular mail 9 days later. The pay stub had pay for the 6 work days after May 15, unused vacation, 401k contributions for the 6 days, deductions for Social Security & Medicare, state tax, and in my case an effective federal tax of 29%. The 401k contribution, including company match, were deposited to the Vanguard account 14 days later.

Tax withholdings will be what they need to be. It always seems too high, especially when it's your last one. Wait until you get your severance check. The IRS mandates a fixed 25% federal tax withholdings, even if it's for the minimum of 8 weeks pay.

Many are receiving their last paychecks today. Besides the wages with ALL the regular deductions, vacation pay is on it with close to 50% tax withholdings.

Your final paycheck is no different the all the others. Taxes, ESIP, Insurance, are all deducted.
