@1kgs.....HR does not allow it....Manager has to / MUST keep your volunteer request private until getting a notice to name his/her RIFs for 2016. It is about numbers ....

Managers haven't asked for volunteers the last few RIFS - is there an issue with volunteering besides cluing the manager in that you want out?

Ratification deadline is 17 June, first round of RIF's start 30 June, EISP's during 3rd quarter, 2nd round of RIF's December 2016.
No RIFs.
I heard, that ratification vote was due Friday, but one of the union member can confirm or deny that.
