Check out the link above. IBM is still sponsoring H1B visas and Green Cards. Under Case Type drop down PERM is for Green Cards.
How can they sponsor H1Bs and Green Cards when so many people have been laid off? IBM has to certify that there are not enough U S citizens to fill these jobs.
Screw globalization. The Indians and Flips are coming over and taking regular jobs, not typical immigrant jobs. We will get millions of them in immigration. Third world country people coming to first world countries and ruining them. Very sad for all of us in North America.
