Well why handle the situation, just promote it up sounds like a risk adverse and easier thing to do than to address the issue, meanwhile the workers toil, seems like we could attract some decent leaders to lead but again maybe we ran out of money since bonus's were paid and merits given to friends and family.

Susan is long gone. She has been promoted to an important position as the Deputy Assistant Associate Something or Other. With an appropriate increase in her total compensation package, no doubt.
