No one cares and it was ridiculous, cheap attempt at seeking attention before exiting. Who cares if you were at Intel for 20 years and chose to come back after spending his ERP money for a year or less.

He asked his question in his same stupid rambling way. Talked about how much he loves the company, how long he's worked here, ERP, taking it (!!), blah blah blah. His actual question (after lots of rambling) was about what the employees who choose to stay get. Basically, you've given people lots of money to go, what do the people who stay get? Answer was, people who stay get to work for Intel (bleh), enjoy the culture (that BK has destroyed) and get rewarded with their t-comp (which will also be used to fire you.)
