I quit BAC about 4 months ago and took a position at another bank. Many of the people that use to be customers relationship managers started getting phone calls and emails asking if we want to work at Greensboro Piedmont Call center for 24.00 an hour for 12 months. After saying my, Hell No, I thought about all the ones still there. Don't be surprised when the new hires come in at a higher pay and great attitudes. It will be because they have no idea what they are on for. Good Luck.

Nobody wants to go back up in that building, it's ridiculous. Coming in from contractor to perm they make you take a pay cut then blame it on your benefits. They won't or barely give you a raise,b but expect you to smile and be happy with the crumbs they give you while the higher ups come in for town halls and talk about their vacations and their children's horses and riding lessons, while you can barely afford to get your child new sneakers. GSO is a joke.
