BK did not mention the new focal system in the BUM. Aren't we supposed to start it in July?

What happens when 10nm continues to slide, all the people cut, all the product sped up won't matter much as Intel ship sinks to the ocean floor.
He did talk about it. He said specifically that they were still figuring out the details, and they next meeting would be in July. He also said something about how it might now be rolled out to everyone at once - something about using the new focal system first on a certain group of employees (managers) before rolling out to the general population.
He said it was going to the MCM in July.
