Can I apply for Surplus/EISP/Voluntary Termination & Get $40,000 Signing Bonus?

I'm tired of this company. If they'd give me $40,000 I'd walk away from it. Is it possible to just be voluntarily terminated?

This below was in a previous EISP offer and says other associates in other positions can apply to be surplus. So can just anyone submit a request for voluntary termination?

Associates in designated surplus titles and locations are eligible to volunteer for this Offer, ----------->as well as Associates who have not been designated as surplus but whose request for voluntary termination is accepted by the Company.<<<-------according to this we can apply to be surplus....

I've done 50% less since I came back from strike and I'm still in the top 25% in terms of productivity. It's kind of sad.

I feel the same way as the OP, I am tired of this company and keep praying for an EISP offer offer since I won't quit. my experince is that it is a giant dead end favortism cess pit. People who do a great job have no opportunities for advancement, while mediocrity and the less you know about how to do your job is rewarded. This company is completely backwards.

Nope, you have to be selected, since they love to shame people, no the ones that want out like in your case
