Let's tell them how it really is..although I don't hold out much hope for any changes coming out of it. I did mine today. Felt good to get a lot of things off my chest!!

Your days are numbered, stlart planning. That's the culture all right - yelling and kiss asswill get you all the way to CEO but remember to always suss out what "you" see as the weak or bad ones and destroy them along the way, these will be your trophies as you seemingly move up. Sexism and Racism are just the Obama Polical Correctness issues that are crippling the country right now - replacing this with diversity is just racism in another form. Equality and respect for everyone is all that is needed right now.
All I have to say is that I was honest on the survey. They'll be able to figure it out. Our manager in Plano is a joke. And if they can't take it, then sign me up for my severance. If you are a favorite, tell off color jokes, yell at your team on the floor and cuss them out. And talk sports most of the day and work a small part of the day. Kiss asslike nobody's business. Sexist, racist and homophobic. Then congrats! Your in.

We went from the penthouse ( Merrill) to the outhouse( Bank) . The government forced that mess. Outsourced GBAM IT to HPEthey are even worse... So glad I left . most of the bank executives are not men but little bitches without a backbone..... all they have is their pathetic job... I could train a monkey to do those job, well the monkey won't lie and cheat like those pieces of sh--... way more to life than thet miserable existence ....good luck to all the honest hard workers who got screwed over .... peace
Survey is not anonymous it's confidential. I went in after taking it and got a message that said I had already taken the survey. How would they know? NBK number used to log in to take the survey

the survey is anonymous I've held a focus group for this and there are no names ties to results.
I did the survey and I was super honest. Management is a joke. Today was my last day with BAC. (Gave Notice) I feel so free.
I hated the management in Plano. One in particular who is a witch. Now onto a job not in the banking field! Putting my business degree to work.
These responses are all on point and soooo true! Haaaaa! BOA is a joke now! So sad! They make you feel like family and apart of something good but in the end, it doesn't matter, at all!
It's kind of like listening to Obama, Clinton, and the Democrats! They have a picture of the world exactly the way they want it and will attempt to destroy anyone that points out anything that is not consistent with the way they see it! It must be great to be in a position where you can create an imaginary reality the way you see it and force others to be part of it even though it differs from what is actually happening.
The surveys are not anonymous, the bank want to see who have a lot to say so they can use it against you, they can now see who is not happy. Bank of America love to hire smart intelligent people then they treat you like you are stupid, they really you to dummy up once you hit the floor. I've been in the work force many years and believe me this is one of the worst place I've ever worked, "leaders" (that's a joke) have no clue, I have never seen mgrs. lie the way they do and cover up, if you don't kiss up watch out. I just waiting for the tap on the shoulder if it doesn't come soon I'm outta there.
That's correct. Why else would you have to log in with your person number to do the survey.
That's great and all but upper management will retailate and put a word of mouth about you to your manager or other depts (if you try to transfer) to make you look bad. I've seen it happen to a excoworker of mine. They say those surveys are anonymous but they are not. Just another lie they tell employees.
