Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

WARN notice not there

Per the state the bank needs to notify them in case of a mass layoff or closure. If you go to the state website you can see the last one in 2013. And NONE listed this year. It requires 60 day notice. Probably will move the site is all if anything

The layoff date in 2013-was 10/23, the notice was received from the bank on the 10/25.

Link shows 6/19 effective date for 90 person layoff in Simi Valley. :(
