Per the state the bank needs to notify them in case of a mass layoff or closure. If you go to the state website you can see the last one in 2013. And NONE listed this year. It requires 60 day notice. Probably will move the site is all if anything

This is why they give a severance they don't have to post a notice
Per JLL, Nike is taking over the lease in August.
The layoff date in 2013-was 10/23, the notice was received from the bank on the 10/25.
