Everyone eligible to retire got ERP offer. No shame there.
People that have been in grade a long time, but still successful and SSL3 were offered VSP, no shame there either.

Not true. I know of ERP/VSP who declined and found a new lateral transfer almost immediately. I also know of a person at the very end of his time in the redeployment pool who landed a new job that started on April 25, lucky guy!
No true. Interviewed for and received an offer letter today to move from SMG to DCG. I am both VSP and ERP eligible.
