PSLs to be sold kept facilities open for the pending merger. With the merger fail, look for consolidation of those facilities.

Lying Sperry management. Their own company didn't want them and nobody wanted to buy them either. What a disaster. They are horrible. Just so embarrassing for Lying crooked Sperry management. So low energy. Pathetic. Sad.

Is this International or just North American?
Actually Sperry has be doing well all things considered, at times last year it was the only PSL consistently making its profit targets. In North America its the only PSL to not shut down a location.
People love to jab at Sperry for having old technology on some products. But guess what, customers don't care, they want reliability and cost which the products typically deliver. SLB still has the the best product lineup in drilling from a technology standpoint, they are the biggest in the world for a reason.
The gap between Sperry and Inteq isnt as large as either side would like you to believe.
If people want to bang on a PSL with some old as technology, how about the HT-400 pump or some of the service tool packers. Way older than anything Sperry has. But guess what, know one gives a f--- because they get the job done and are reliable, just like some of Sperry's older stuff.
