Thread regarding Baker Hughes Inc. layoffs

Goodbye RDS

As per Martin's email this morning, Baker is going to refocus on its core businesses: drilling, drill bits, artificial lift, chemicals and a 'selected footprint' (aka small) of onshore pressure pumping. I read this as "all of RDS is going bye-bye". So is offshore completions for that matter. Actually makes sense for once.
