CS and DW said they were going to put all other compressor packagers out of business. It looks more like it is the other way around now(I feel bad for all the people who lost their job at that place).
I wish they would lay me off. I feel totally worthless these days.
yea the company is broke, so we waste time doing stupid non productive bs. Sit in a safety meeting that has nothing to do with my job. Seems like they should lay off the people coming up with the dumbass ideas. good catch, goal every week . How stupid can you get?
The whole company has became one big cluster f---. Goals. Good catches. Don't want to pay drive time in a company vehicle. Does the insurance still cover you while driving to location ?
They don't seem to care what the Perry does in Waynoka, when he goes on vacation he always takes the day off before his vacation and the day after his vacation and he don't turn it in as vacation. He used to run the EMS for Longdale speedway he vary rarely worked that day at all or he sure left work early and never used vacation as well. He also used the EMS and would work CMA cage fights and he wouldn't work those days as well and again never used any vacation. He still leaves work early usually after lunch time and for sure before 2 o'clock. You would think that CHK would pay attenction to these kind of employees. Chesapeake has let go a lot better employees than this,
And yet Perry still has a job? He spends more time at the fire Dept than work! But let's keep him and pay him 150,000+ and can hard working guys bating our butts to do what needs done
Midcon sold some 100 ish unit few weeks back. Laid off a whole crew
But Dougie got his $700,000.00 raise so whats the fuss????
I wonder what this is going to mean for Midcon?
They treat you as a piece of trash. Put you all in a room and tell you. That's it. You are all no longer employed. No discussion. No sorry. Your done. Leave now. Give 3 month severance and takes a month to get. Then it's half what you expect. Very unprofessional.
That sucks!!! A lot of good people there.
