He will protect his "son" Pickett even when he is worthless and unquified for the job. Probably backstabber, lying Gill and "yes" man Dyson and of course c...k sucker Robin will stay. Amanda, stuborn bitch might keep her job by sweet tlaking and lying like her supervisor. Slackers and bullshiters watch your neck you might get the axe this time so continue to look busy and do nothing. You know who I'm talking about.

Hopefully West Hardy manufacturing can be saved. They need to get rid of the "office ladies" that had never, ever worked a good forty hour week even when it was real busy. Gill "working from home" and showing up at 9:00 and leaving at 3:30. Martinez taking Mondays off after partying too much on weekends. Amanda calli g sick all the time. Robin ... well everybody knows she comes and goes whenever she fells like. But with worthless Pickett running the that will never happen, he was always a slacker and never worked a forty hour week either.
True, I worked at WHR and I had to deal with Gill for electronic components. We always run out of parts, resistos and other parts that cost a cent each. I had to listen to her bragging about her family, and whinning about how hard she worked and in the same sentence about she really didn't need the crappy job because she already had so much money that she only worked because she was bored at home and the money was for "vacations only" The point is sh is not a good planner at all and we couldn't get parts on time ever and sbe use to blamming on purchasing which by the way they were alwaysveru helpfull wHen I approach them directly. She is really a whinning little bitch and a liar backstabber.
I also worked with Gill, and you are right she is a liying backstabber whinning little b.icth. But she is still there so I guess WFT like to keep the worst people!

Hey! Watch your language, people in the manufacturing floor at WHRe like Gill very much. Since it looks like Challa, Alley and Dyson don't have a clue on what's going on, we rely on Gill to let them know why we can't complete the repair jobs or anything else.We promised planning (with a wink) every week about shipping tools , but we all know it is not really going to happen. Then Gill and her planners will blame it on purchasing for not buying parts on time. Since there is nobody in purchasing anymore she (GIIl and Amanda) should be accountable for missing parts. The only good thing is we at the production floor are left with a lot of time to check and write our comments on this site and we no longer have to work hard since supervisor and managers spend their time stabbing each other.
Too bad ...Gill is still there. Now I have to go back from my great Cozumel vacation and have to deal with the little whinning bitch again! Oh well, I still have a job so I have to put up with her bullshitt again, maybe I get lucky and they get rid of her nexr week!

You are right, Gill is a joke. Everybody.. but the blind bosses that believed her bullshitt. She lies an makes excuses for her lack of knowledge on the product line (she came from Purina.. dog food to the oil business) and she is really not qualified for the job. She lies, backstabbs anybody that gets in her way or call up on her lies. Too bad for the few good people that are left at WHR. Next week is the middle of Q2 and they need to layoff people before the end of Q2 so quarterly reports look good, College already has a list so nothing you can do, keep your office clean so it will be easier to leave when they kick you in the assand not even let yo say goodbye to friends and co-workers.
