Has anyone appealed their ISP and heard back regarding the outcome?

On a lighter note, maybe if you bring Murthy a Big Mac, you might get your appeal approve.
:-)
forget dealing with Intel, file with the EEOC
Not true - the appeal process can work, and I know someone who got it's appeal through and is still working at Intel (happened at last layoffs).
If your direct manager supports you - you have a big chance.
What happens in the rare case one does win an appeal? Can that person back sue intel for humiliation and emotional trauma?
Intel legal has this covered. Unfortunately the odds at winning one of these lawsuits is higher than getting killed by a meteor.
I was told that the appeal result will be sent by May 31st - last day of employement for ISP people.
@wks - They said you have one week to file. They made no commitments on when they would make a decision.
I thought they said within one week you should know.
lol
You should know by now appeals are a waste of time and will only get you in the no hiring list faster affecting future employment with Intel and other employers.

Great question! Given most of the appeals will be rejected, would like to know when people start to hear back so I know when to expect mine..
