Amazon is another sweatshop ; however they have found a system that works well for them.

Amazon is full of sharks that know how to market themselves and their company well. Stay away from their recruiters! They will suck you in and swallow you whole.
Amazon has never been a good company to join. Have you seriously not heard this before? If you think politics and asskissing is bad at Qualcomm, it's worse at Amazon. LAB126 is equally bad.
